We welcome your interest in helping SAGE achieve its goals. SAGE has enjoyed wonderful growth from a mere idea to a fully running Speakers Bureau, Training & Education Program and rewarding Community Outreach Program. Our success has been great, but in order to fulfill our mission and expand our community outreach, we depend on new and passionate volunteers. We are continually evolving and growing and there are many rewarding opportunities through committee involvement that may be of interest to you. Our committees are as follows:

• Speakers Bureau Committee which recruits speakers and seeks speaking engagements in the Sacramento Region
• Training and Education Committee which engages volunteers to teach programs as well as explores partnership opportunities
• Community Outreach is responsible for identifying and maintaining positive relationships between SAGE and other like-minded community organizations in the Sacramento Region
• Operational Support which includes Infrastructure Committee, Marketing Committee and Volunteer Recruitment & Management
• Infrastructure manages the back-end systems that support the SAGE web site and database
• Marketing identifies opportunities to increase awareness of SAGE and represents SAGE in events and to the press in the Sacramento Region
• Volunteer Recruitment & Management assists the Board in identifying volunteer needs and recruiting to create a balanced team
